a one bedroom to over 900 square feet for the largest two bedroom units. All two bedroom units have a laundry
room, with laundry hook-ups in them! You may be surprised at how affordable
luxury senior living can be. Typical Monthly Rents for Income Eligible Residents are as follows: Maximum 2010 Income Limit For Two Persons: $34,140 Additional units with no income restrictions are also available, which range from $970 to $1,395 for one or two bedroom apartment homes. All apartment homes in Phase II have washers and dryers available in the units. Selected units offer cathedral ceilings and some are two bath units.
